Rodriguez Home repair is a business that I take great pride in. 

I am contractor that takes my responsibilities to my clients very seriously. 
 
By adding Property Preservation to our list of services we are able to continue the quality of service that our clients have experience with our company in the past, as well as adding new services that will help improve the re-sale and  overall value of  our clients homes.

Rodriguez Home Repair will continue to provide services in home repair and remodeling everything from carpentry to decks and additions,  with the added services of  property preservation we are giving our clients more choices when it comes to the re-sale and
re-occupancy of their properties.

Rodriguez Home Repair follows the property preservation guidelines of Fannie Mae, HUD and VA. While following these guidelines we continue to provide our clients with the quality of services they come accustomed to. 

I have years of retail experience. I owned a commercial gold plating business for two years from 1994-1996. I was a sales representative for The Home Depot where I was also held the position of department head for eight years from 1996-2003. I began my own home repair
business in 2003 - present.
